On Radio

Many of us have grown up with Barry Cryer's voice on the radio in the successful, long running radio programme I’m Sorry I Haven’t A Clue.

The warmth, chemistry and repartee between the performers makes for easy listening and lots of laughs. The show is most famous for the rules of Mornington Crescent which no-one seems to understand (hence the title) yet it retains a large and loyal following.

Barry regularly appears alongside Graeme Garden and Tim Brooke-Taylor and previously the late Willie Rushton and Humphrey Lyttelton.

Award Winning Radio

In the nineties BBC Radio 4's I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue won the Sony Radio Award for Best Comedy Programme and television’s British Comedy Award for Best Radio Programme.

As a young performer Barry had moved naturally into radio from the theatre. Other highlights from his radio career include Just A Minute, Hello Cheeky with Tim Brooke-Taylor and John Junkin, and Gibberish.
